How long does it take for my e-bike to arrive?
In-stock bikes typically ship within 2-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery via ground freight usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Our bikes are shipped 85% assembled. We provide comprehensive tool kits and step-by-step video guides to help you finish the assembly, or you can opt for professional assembly through our local service partners.
What is your return policy for electric bikes?
We offer a 14-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return the bike within 14 days of delivery, provided it has fewer than 10 miles on the odometer and is in like-new condition. Please note that return shipping fees apply.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes, we partner with Affirm to offer flexible monthly payment plans. You can select Affirm at checkout to see if you qualify for 0% APR or low-interest financing.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
Every Rad Power Bike comes with a 1-year comprehensive warranty that covers all manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, including the battery, motor, and frame.
How far can I travel on a single battery charge?
Depending on the model, rider weight, and level of pedal assist used, our bikes typically offer a range of 25 to 45+ miles per charge.
