We want you to love your new ride, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all e-bikes and accessories in their original packaging. Please ensure the odometer reads fewer than 10 miles to qualify for a full refund minus applicable shipping fees.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully repack your items in the original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit; for e-bikes, ensure all battery keys and chargers are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned items for quality and mileage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
